PACKAGE 1: Standard

CARPET CLEANING

  1. Pre spray carpet with a cleaning solution which loosens up hidden dirt and grime within the carpet fibers and brings up to the surface.
  2. Steam carpet with 230° temperature which eliminates germs, bacteria and allergens.
  3. Rinse carpet to remove all cleaning solution and all unwanted particles and leave carpet free of soapy residue.

PACKAGE 2: DELUX

  1. An odor Deodorizer will first be applied to the carpet to neutralize any smells in the carpet.
  2. Pre spray carpet with a cleaning solution which loosens up hidden dirt and grime within the carpet fibers and brings up to the surface.
  3. Steam carpet with 230° temperature which eliminates germs, bacteria and allergens.
  4. Rinse carpet to remove all cleaning solution and all unwanted particles and leave carpet free of soapy residue.

PACKAGE 3: PREMIUM

  5. A Scotch guard protectant will be applied to the carpet.

Why others might be cheaper:

Some companies might charge less only to get the job. Some might charge less because they might not know how to bid a job. When charging less some might have to use cheaper products to make a profit. Charging less means having to work faster which takes away from workmanship. Charging less means having to hire employees at lower wages which means hiring non certified employees and chances of ruining your carpets. At Cuesta Cleaning we hire qualified and certified employees. We pay for background checks on all our employees. Some companies tell you less on the phone and try to upsell once they arrive at your location or come up with a reason why it should cost more.  You get what you pay for. Some may be cheaper but not be licensed or insured. We might not be the cheapest but we will be the most reasonable with the highest standards and quality products and workmanship.

Why we don’t like quoting prices over the phone:

If others are quoting you a price over the phone they must have magical powers or they have worked on your carpet before. I’m assuming they are using a general cleaner if they have never seen your carpet before. General cleaners are usually safe for all carpets but do not clean as well as a cleaner that is made for a specific carpet. Other companies might throw out a low number to reel a customer in and do a decent job but not a great job.

There are many types of carpets out there and certain cleaners go with certain carpets. If you know what type of carpet you are working with, then you know which cleaner is best for the job to clean the carpet to its full potential and not 70 percent. Someone can easily ruin a carpet or rug if they are not knowing what kind of carpet they are dealing with. Quoting over the phone is like calling a mechanic and asking how much do you charge to fix my car without them knowing what kind of vehicle it is and what is wrong with it.

Here at Cuesta Cleaning our technicians test the carpet with a chemical solution that let’s them know what type of carpet they are faced to challenge then they know how to attack the situation and leave the carpet looking amazingly great.
